TPL does look like it needs to expand and that's a good thing...but why oh why all the selling day in and day out? IMO the only plausable explanation is S&L need to sell either from warrant conversion or planned warrant conversion to keep them under the 5% ownership rule (each). Anyone have any better ideas?
