If there is rationalizing IMO it is not in regards to the timing of late filings. Question what they've accomplished over the years, and again I think you would get a wide disparity of opinions, and I can see how you might argue that management hasn't performed to our utmost satisfaction. No management is perfect. Not one. Are you happy with where we are compared to a year and a half ago? Probably. Are you happy with where we are compared to six months ago? Probably not. But then again, some of the things that were put into motion in the last six months haven't "matured" yet. I think there's still time for things to happen that can either change your mind on how management is performing, or confirm your pessimism about them. I posted before that it is without question that perhaps we could do better with changes to the BOD. But at what price. Think Bill Gates might be willing to put in a few years with PTSC?? How about Steve Jobs? How many billions of options shares do you think they would ask for.
