I have to counter some of your points.

Not everyone is looking for the quarterly to "save us"; I'm sure not, nor are many others.  This is more of a longer-term play that may enjoy a spike in May if the Markman goes well.

With respect to the "mismanaged revenues" --- what is wrong with returning money to the owners in the form of a dividend?  NOt only is there nothing wrong with it, but is that not what we are after -- a return on investment?  Furthermore, if you really believe that the company mismanages revenues, then was is it not prudent of them to get rid of the revenues as quickly as possible in the form of a dividend so that they would have less of it to mismanage?  After all, you can re-direct it better than they can - right?

Many were clamoring that they should re-purchase shares, which they have done.  Now you are disparaging them for re-purchasing shares, apparently disounting the long-term value of those shares.

I can sense frustration boiling over, but the story is still unfolding and it has quite a way to go I believe.  Good luck to all.
