teremoto..I am just a bit curious.  Do you post any other names on any other boards.  I am curious because I am a bit older, and have been around boards for awhile, and it seems to me that if I was digruntled, I would not be posting negeative messsage after negative message, because I..(THAT IS A CAPITAL I), made a mistake! You remind me of a couple of other posters in my time, and frankly, I am tired of it! You need to sell and move on or, let it be, but I am not really sure if you own any of this.  JMO
