Wow, a Boss 302! I'm impressed. Simto Z28, but not nearly as common.  And if it was a '70 (block change from '69) I remember reading how they could rev to 9,400 and hold up fine.  Plus they had the Cleveland heads with 2.18" intake valves (way bigger than the Chevy fuelie 2.02s), if I recall correctly...  Funny how the details are stuck in my head! LOL  

Ford may be bringing out a new Boss 302 with 400HP - it'll be tough to resist (and I like the new Mustangs better than the coming Camaros).  But I still have the GM employee purchase plan from my days at Hughes Aircraft (owned by GM), so it might be hard to walk away from that discount (did somebody say Corvette?).

And the first musclecar I ever road in was a built '66 442 (I was 12, in '67).  That sucker would fish-tail into third, even with cheater slicks.  I was thoroughly hooked (though already a Hot Rod subscriber).

RX7s were really fun little cars.  I had no experiences with the 300ZX.
