Teeshot - As ronran has said, we are getting closer to the Markman hearing (May 3rd). Please, whatever you do, don't file anything until at least that is out of the way. Not only will you be shooting yourself in the foot, you will take all the shareholders along with you. Believe me we feel your pain, but you haven't lost a dime unless you sell. We believe we've got a strong case and we've put our money on the line to back it up. Let it play itself out before you pull the trigger, for everyone's sake. This is a high stakes poker game now.
