Do Institutional investors have trading restrictions, just like Patriot does(as we continue our share buyback) that limits trading during the first hour after open and 1 hour before the closing bell?  If so some one was buying like crazy up and until 1 hour before close today and may start 1 hour after open tomorrow if this theory is correct.

PTSC is in process of continued buyback  - smart buyback I might add.
