I owe you summaires of 2 & 3 and why I felt that Llloyd was miffed at us.
2) ``With respect to Patriot`s motion to compel Leckrone to answer deposition questions...``the court says ``it is not apparent that Leckrone refused to answer the questions posed; and Patriot admits that there are a number of discovery tools it may use to orherwise obtain the information.``
3) ``With respect to Patriot`s motion to compel Moore to produce certain documents...`` the court says ``Patriot agrees that Moore`s production of the disks is currently a non issue.``
We won on both counts and the information has to be provided Patriot by 2/17/05. But, in my view, Lloyd seems a little testy with regards to Patriot.
