IMO the significance of this info that you found would be difficult to overstate.  I read this as proof stating all of the end products produced by other companies/manufactures incorporating current lincesee's (Fujitsu & Seiko at least) chips will also have to ante up.  I would hope/expect the same disclaimers to be present in the other MMP licensed chip producers, present & future.  It appears to me that the number of companies 'put on notice' may eventually blow past 400...
