IMO, I think you have a valid concern.

I remember in the late 90's, the PTSC thread was just getting started on Raging Bull (yeah, it's been that long), and Russel Fish was a very early poster, signing under the handle of RFISH. I remember well enough that his posts were clever and animated, but you could very easily read this was someone who wasn't acting professionally, or logically. He was sarcastic, antagonistic and relentless in his posts (sound familiar?)...

 I recall he was blatantly on the attack with PTSC in the majority of his posts. I even believe he would supply a link to a mock website he had up about Patriot.. Easy to see he was on the attack. Also easy to see why there is no further association between him and Moore - he's a loose cannon.

I *think* Fish was posting at about the time where he was in litigation w/PTSC, or there was an appeal pending, or something. After a while I noticed his posts were pulled,and he was gone.

Assuming time tends to mellow people...well then again, I don't know in this case. He's re-appeared over the years to be a thorn in Patriot's side, this still could be the case....I would suspect with what is at stake, he is still a factor and needs to be kept heavily in check. I'm hoping that T&T is aware of this wild card and have protected their strategy by minimizing him and any effect he may have on proceedings.
