The revenue percentage would increase but that does not necessarily mean that the revenue would increase. Smaller companies that TPL contacts may pay 20-30 % royalty but if their revenues are lower than that of agilent then the amount tpl/ptsc gets may not be higher that 9 mil but could actually be lower.
