Since it is merely an agreement in principle and not yet signed ....could the new pacer filing simply represent  a routine extension, agreed to by both parties, in order to give both sides time to complete the deal. After all, if it is not signed the scheduling order of the court case still goes on. If the deal fails, the plaintiffs want to make sure the court case is still open and moving forward.
