Maybe I missed some post explaining my question here, but why are we going to Mediation with Fujitsu?? Why do we have to? I was under the impression, by way of Ron's contact, that we no longer have any litigation concerns re Fujitsu... Or does ET AL. mean all the other defendents?

My confussion continues... help
