Actually I brought this up a while back because it didn't add up to me either. Warrants are being converted yet we see no filings from S&L. I assumed that warrants were being converted by the less than 5% holders and not S&L but this latest filing disproved my theory. Remember we issued warrants to more than just S&L but now the warrants outstanding are below the approximate number I had calculated to be just S&L's remaining count. As far as I know S&L's warrants haven't even been registered yet so if so how the hell they are converting and selling is beyond me. My only theory left is that Patriot could be buying these warrants back...but then again I dont see it on the balance sheet. I wish someone at corporate would let us know what the hell is really going on with the warrant situation because non existent sec filings just arent doing the trick.
