We feel Patriot is likely to run up to new highs around the 1st week of May due to the fast approaching Markman hearing in Texas. 97% of all cases settle before or in the event of the Markman - out of the remaining 3% the Plaintiffs (us) win the vast majority of verdicts. Pretty solid bet in my humble opinion.

Yesterday we calculated that we need to move up a minimum of $0.026 per day until May to get to the old high, which we should blow by if things go as they look like they will. AIMHO
