Well it seems that at least the judge feels enough information is out to see what a potential settelment/judgement would rendor......that means which products and volumes that would potential violate .... So the defendants get to see a potential price tag ......

my only hope is that the defendants see the sticker shock......

any other takes on the mediation....

the bottom line is everything continues to move on...... the case is on track....
