Mediation.......Quick story.......Years ago i was given by a new car dealer a bad title/lein on title that showed up at a later date..........He did not want to make good/monies///////I took him to court and infront of the mediator he offered 10% of what i was owed............I was willing to settle for half to keep the relationship..........10 YEARS of business.........

          The judge ruled in my favor for the entire amount......It is always good to have a go between when one side is all about emotion......Thanks for the great post Ron.............
