I read your cogent comments on the true colors of PUBPAT with interest...

In short, it used to be that CDs and VCR tapes would be copied in Asia and sold here for 10 cents on the Dollar. Now we have the sophisticated companies overseas fronting PUBBAT to steal our intellectual property legally!?...

FREE MARKET policies of Clinton era have caused the outsourcing of jobs in America to overseas. Now, they are after stealing the intellectual resources of this country under the pretence of FREE SOFTWARE!?...

The injuctive releif sought by PTSC group is appropriate and should be granted...

PUBPAT is not a party to PTSC litigation and has no business intervening in their law suit. The same issues could have been raised by defendants and they did not, because they knew their claims were nonsense.

The Court's refusal to grant the injuction sought by PTSC would be tantamount to grave injustice. It is as though I was suing you for holding me up and stealing my wallet while using a gun, and ARA filed a Petition with the Court claiming that stealing while using a gun are protected by the First Amendment!?...What a crock?...

America had better wake up. The phrase "FREE MARKET" is being used to steal the wealth of the Nation. NEC, TOSHIBA, SAMSUNG, and the rest of the defendants in PTSC law suit want to make their gadgets using the technology subject of the Moore Patents for "FREE". That is why they are backing PUBPAT...
