My 2 cents.  PTSC is an unknown little penny stock that owns a few awesome patents.  We are in court and approaching a markman deadline.  The investment world really does not know PTSC, most of the signings we have had have done little to move the share price forward.  We dont even get news exposure when we sign Intel, AMD, HP, Sony etc. Now PUBBAT claims we are bringing the PC industry to its knees.  Based on what?  PC pricing by Intel and AMD?  They have in fact gone down in cost.  Complaints by the companies we have signed for unfair settlement amounts?  I thought we were being accused of giving away the patents? The little print media we do get says we are a "nuisance" and the dollar amounts are trivial.  So where does PUBBAT base its claims.  In one statement PUBBAT claims PTSC patent is causing undue pricing pressure that affect the consumer.  In another statement they claim somebody else created the patent first.  TPL is an experienced group of attorneys and they had to have already recognized the fact that this tactic would be used.  Their filing requesting an injunction makes me believe they were prepared.  This has ARM written all over it, imo.  i see it as a desparate attempt to get the case tossed....but we will still have to fight the battle. 

I agree 100% with Bush.  PUBBAT is a socialist organization. 

I think we should now receive some coverage by the media as this case goes forward.  I like my cards and i'm ALL IN!
