Aside from the addition of the "willful and deliberate" allegations, increased damages, and requested injunctions, are there other major alterations from the original complaint(s)?

Ronran, thanks for your input, and to the rest of the board, as well. I am a relative newbie here but have accumulated quite a few shares. I like very much the fact that Fish is now firmly on our team (assuming the settlement will soon be finalized), now that both sides appear to have taken the gloves off.
