Does it really make any sense that J3/ARM would disrupt their current game plan going on now in Texas? Is it possible that a bigger fish up the food chain has begun their defense, or is pinch hitting so-to-speak, by iniating this action with PubPat, at the expense of J3/ARM?

The PubPat request looks to be very well layed out and prepared.( I have no idea about the validity of the content) Their document doesn't appear to be "thrown together" in any way, shape or form. Someone has put some serious effort into this and I don't think it is PubPat's front man. I also don't think Judge Ward will be impressed. We'll see.
