Prior Art has been researched by each and every one of the companies that have already settled by handing over multi millions of $$$$ dollars and have found Prior Art NOT TO EXIST!

This tactic is a last ditch desperation effort on the part of ARM and or J-3 to stall or bring a lesser settlement and NOT have to go to court where they will most likely lose!

I feel very comfortable with my investment in PTSC and I think others shoud as well.
