IMO, not sure I believe ARM is behind this since they are being accused of infringing on US 5,784,584 and PUBPAT is questioning validity of US 5,809,336. Sent requests to two ex Intel Microprocessor Engineers asking if they could review/compare US 5,809,336 to (US 4,691,124, US 4,660,155, US 4,334,268) as well as review PUBPAT’s Prior Art Claim, but the document I created for review with all this information was 180 pages, so they may blow it off. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
