That’s right, Dan Ravicher (PUBPAT) and Eben Moglen (PUBPAT) have just rationalized their viewpoint on Free Software directly to the US Supreme Court.  It is my opinion that this same rationalization will most likely be used for Free Hardware (hardware free of licensing costs).
