Duly noted. Although one (whoever started it) might have rationalized it as such: J (for original group of defendants) + a (for Armhy) + p (for Pubpat) = Jap3; however that sum would then be incorrect.

Thus it is either the J3, or the Jap5. I can agree on J3.
