ARM is/was a defendant

Perhaps the PR is negligent, poorly written and has deleted important information that is critical to the Shareholders

OR

Perhaps ARM has settled, therefore not a remaining Defendant.  Personally, I hope it is the later...lol...

we should be at about $2.58 bid and $2.60 ask right now
