IMO Patriot has no say in negotiation, settlements, or even litigations involving MMP infringers. If this statement is true, which I believe it to be, we all should be concerned with what PTSC is doing as a company. The MMP is supposed to be only one spoke under the umbrella that Pohl mentions and since there is little we can do from a licensing and litigation front we should be concentrating on expanding or better yet reviving our business. I still have yet to see any real developments in this direction we should be headed now that we have the resources (I mean cash not employees). I understand that PTSC is one whole large "work in progress" but at some point we really need to stand on our own two feet and until we do so we will not be taken seriously. Its closing in on 2 years since the patents began generating revenue and that’s also 2 years off the life of the MMP. It truly amazes me how everyone here gives PTSC credit for all the weight TPL is pulling.

Everyone talks about PR this and PR that but take a moment and think about it. What do we have to PR? We emptied out or treasury in the form of dividends, Turley has been on board for over a year and we have heard nothing from him, we loan out Holocum $700K and 2 weeks later they default, we used cash to buy back stock close to $1, we have no employees??? I don't mean to be so negative but all the PR will do is expose PTSC for what it really, so far has been, ... an S&L shell cashing TPL's checks. Everyone should really be asking why even bother hiring the PR firm at this point in time? Couldn't we have hired them a few months before we were actually ready to begin using them? The NEC settlement, as long as TPL didn’t cave, was a great success and I applaud them for that but PTSC really needs to get something going for itself and people need to stop confusing TPL's results with PTSC's.
