beneficially own 9.99%. Swartz and Lincoln are treated as related firms so this is why they are treated as beneficial owners. They beneficially own 9.99%. in essence meaning between the two of them. They own 38M shares plus 30M+/- warrants combined.

As for this company currently being run as a shell, all evidence points to it until management can proven to me otherwise. I'm hoping that they will prove me wrong and that's why I'm still here.
