You have zero evidence that S&L intend to kill the stock price. What evidence has been provided (from the SHM) is that S&L intend to be long-term shareholders.
I personally dislike the warrant situation, but I know what I own and I'm willing to hold without whining when things don't happen as fast as I would like. I trust Pohl and Brian have the shareholder's interests in mind and I'm not going to criticize them or question their ability based on emotional swings related to daily fluctuations in share price. This company has come a long way in the past year, and I believe the NEC signing indicates a working strategy and a promising future.
