29 mil as per the last 10Q Nov 30 '06... IMO, as others' & certainly in tcr's, many millions more warrants have since been converted.. I had conservatively guessed 4 million additional, but since time is begining to slip by me faster than I care to admit, my guess is probably too conservative.. it's probably closer to 10 mil additional, and may even be more than that... The warrant conversion downward press is nearing an end.  I believe S&L will then sell their remaing ~41 mil shares a bit more judiciously..
