$2? With a more appropriate P/E multiple like 50 (vice sub-10), we should be at $3+! And again (from yesterday), NEC has a P/E multiple of 494! Which company has the probable greater ROI for a retail investor over the next six months? Mind boggling.....

But, as I wrote novels about yesterday, the warrant issue is probably what is killing us, and Pohl has very little control over that. But here's something to consider (but may fall under "Wild Speculation"): WHAT IF my speculative posts re: warrant conversion from yesterday are correct, i.e., S&L have "seen the light" and are (very) agressively selling shares on the open market as fast as they reasonably can to enable conversion of a like number of warrants? That looks to be what is happening, as I can't fathom why any retail investor in their right mind would be dumping in light of PTSC's current situation. The only other possible explanation would be some pretty insane shorting from offshore or MMs - and when another settlement could come at any moment, it would be rather insane (the NEC settlement not only put added pressure on the now J2/ARM, but on every other infringer out there).

Now consider this (the Wild Speculation part): I suspect PTSC is on the verge of receiving $20-30M cash from the NEC settlement. IF S&L are being as agressive as I hope they are, and IF PTSC is likewise interested in getting the warrant issue out of the way, at the current PPS (even with a premium tacked on), PTSC could easily just buy out the remaining warrants and be done with it. This is my current "Great Green Hope"! We'd then be perfectly postured for some dramatic movement North before the Markman (if the J2/ARM hold out that long). Logic practically dictates this scenario - but that is exactly what makes it WILD speculation! LOL But note that in this scenario, the low PPS is what could enable it to happen.
