So here`s a question - In a judgement, are parties notified before the ruling hits PACER, or does everyone get their notification from PACER?

Unless we know the answer to the above, I wouldn`t get too excited about a $30K purchase - there are alot of dummies like us out there with a boatload of cash and time to throw it around....
