I have been looking at the companies that have settled thus far and have noticed that most (the ones that I have had time to look at) use a flash microcontroller in some of their products. Do you remember that in DP's presentation he said that most devices that use the flash micrcontroller will be effected by the patent #148? I know that you have been very good at doing DD and was wondering if you found that this was interesting. My thoughts are that maybe all of the settlements to date have been r/t that patent alone.
