is not being disputed at this time and that those who have signed thus far have been infringing upon it understand their errors.  I know that the PR's have stated that they signed for the MMP which would give them access to the entire 10 patents. Perhaps that is where royalties will come in later--when the court rules that the others are valid. If my thinking on this turns out to be true, we are sitting very pretty indeed. I can now see why the "early signers discount" has been offered--any late ones should have to pay for all patents infringed upon. Hope this makes sense--and it all JMO, ads
