I think they are playing on the fact that Moore got all the credit for the patents it is called the MMP for Moore and Patriot and Fish lost in court with the Higgins debacle hence Patriot and Fish have no rights to the patents. Since Fish filed as the co-inventor they are trying to have the patents invalidated due to fraud.
