Right now I am wondering if there was not an offer made to buy the portfolio and it was rejected b/c price was not high enough. (that may also account for all the form4s today) What better way to try to get the price down than to try to disqualify one of the two. Looks to me like they want to pit TPL against PTSC---I am glad that T&T represent us both. I could understand why they would want PTSC out of their way--we are a public co. and have WAY too many shares. They SURE do want out of  TEXAS! GL, ads
