I think you are right. Things are going to come to a conclusion sooner than most think. It seems their only defense is invalidating the patents by saying Fish is not he inventor, and the prior art claims by Pubat which must have come after the discovry cut-off date. All seems rather weak to me. I was really shocked by ARM weak case. In my opinion they are the fall guy because of all the indemnity clauses they had in their contracts with the J5. I believe that is why the settlements have been so low to date the J5 used these clauses two lower their damages. They all new the gig would be up one day and now someone has to pay. Arm is in deep Do, Do in my opinion. We may own ARM one day.
