Let me digest your other thoughts....I'm not particularly concerned with all the details, but it is nice to understand everything I can.

I'm thinking more and more TPL has known all along who would eventually be brought to the table.  I'll bet many companies have imdemnification in place.  Who are the other's now beginning to get very nervous?  I appreciate your insight. Thanks!
