A voluntary dismissal in one Court after having refiled the same complaint in another Court is not "an adjudication of issues".

Whoever drafted this Crock should and will be Sanctioned by the Court for cluttering the Court's Calandar with the such obvious nonsense.

Cases are dismissed everyday voluntarily and without prejudice for procedural reasons. And unless the party can show that there was some form of "adjudication", or resolution of the issues, there is no basis for a res judicata claim...
