It may only happen if ARM capitulates. There is no sense for PTSC, or TPL for that matter, to give 30% to ARM for their Joinder?...

If you look at the TPL site, they have their own chip manufacture company set up. And PTSC has dreams of putting out prodcts and go beyond patent trolling?...
