Business/Financial Analyst

Business/Financial Analyst will be responsible for business and financial analysis to support the company’s intellectual property licensing business. Working closely with entire licensing team, the individual will develop financial analysis to support licensing negotiations. This is a challenging and stimulating entrepreneurial role for a talented business professional with superior abilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identification and prioritization of prospective licensing target companies
• Research and analysis of wide range of recourses – annual reports, sales forecasts, marketing materials, and industry research reports
• Assist in preparing detailed reports on the economic impact of the use of the Company’s intellectual property in dozens of industries and hundreds of businesses.
