I think that will be the case also. I think DP would not even give us an update letter if something positive were not in the future. I would think that if they are planning a SH's meeting we would need time to get proxies mailed to us. I hope DP is trying to get this co. changed BEFORE the Markman. I hope that we present well in the courts eye-GL, ads
