Couldn't have said it better. I like the divy because it reduces my cost basis, but was willing to sit on a stagnant price for a while if it meant the warrants would be eliminated. Hoping that the warrants have been seriously reduced, and that the divy means NEC paid a lot! My birthday is in May, right after the Markman....so you know what I want!
