I generally would agree with your perspective but the market apparently does not.  After the last dividend, although the share price retracted, the rate of new licensees did not.  Therefore I think we can take management's lead and surmise there is much more to come.  He's had a year to back up his last dividend play and answers it with another.

Crazy?  Maybe, maybe not.

It certainly is not dull owning a piece of the otcbb.
