Exactly my point , The down side has been reduced substantially!

J5 to J2 certainally shows what they think of there chances !

But anyone who's been in a law suit knows , Even if your attorney and all your friends and everyone you know thinks your 100% right . The judge has to rule that way ! i remember the Higgins debacle .

I'm very confident in our position , But I'm not buying the new boat quite yet !
