Not much to write home about, nothing really new here. It's nice they've bought back 10 million shares. We still have to win a USPTO review and a Markman before any significant movement IMO. I think we will, but the USPTO review is a bit troubling as this does not go through the courts. Also, I would have liked to see Russell Fish take some shares in lieu of cash in the settlement, but at least that chapter is over with. Not great, but not bad either. Bottom... this won't do much for the pps unfortunately. Again we wait....
