We can’t go down your recommended approach to “sit on the money earning interest;” if our patents are approaching invalidation, interested parties would quickly request an asset-freezing Injunction. The injunction would be granted. Everything would be “shut down” by a court of law. No divy allowed. All assets would be depleted…. I don’t expect Ignite efforts or any significant JV to materialize until after the Markman.

For these reasons…, it is my opinion that Mr. Pohl and his advisors would like the dividends to be higher. Yes, Mr Pohl and Team have the Shareholders as a top priority.
