I too think DobOB makes some good points. The problem is as shareholders we don't know enough to comment intelligently on certain aspects of management because we don't know what is happening behind the scenes. I see nothing wrong with saying the company should keep more cash on hand especially if they are serious about acquiring another company or technology. I wonder why Mr. Pohl is so quick to dispense of our hard earned cash knowing that it takes money, alot of it, to create or buy something worthwhile to PTSC. Time will tell. The patents, as Dot said, are indeed proving to be valuable. My biggest concern is that they remain so... the upcoming USPTO review is one obstacle to overcome that has me a bit nervous. The next hurdle is the Markman but oddly enough I have a good feeling about our position in this case. Prior art cited in the PubPhat complaint is really my only real "worry" here, if you want to call it that. If it proves that no valid prior art exists then the defendents IMO won't have a leg to stand on.

Just my two cents.
