Why all the attacks on management?

Pohl was named CEO June, 2005 and Sweeney was named CFO August 2005. So, in the last 20 months we have seen a HUGE depreciation in PPS, we have received 8 cents in dividends, a share buyback has been initiated, warrants being converted, books cleaned up, cash accumulation, diverse revenue streams being evaluated, case successfully moved to the plaintiff friendly Texas venue, and several licenses signed. All of this accomplished in only 20 months. No offense intended towards anyone, but if you have ever played a part in redefining a company’s failing business model, you would realize that what we have experienced is nothing short of a major accomplishment in such a short amount of time. I first bought PTSC in July, 2005, and never in my wildest dreams would I have thought we would be where we are today. I was confident we would get here, just not as fast as we have. I realize TPL is responsible for the licenses signed so far, and good for us, this is their area of expertise! Based on all the research I have performed on Pohl, his expertise will serve this company well by cleaning up all the mistakes made in the past, and good for us because from my perspective he has done a great job and is serving us well. IMO, once everything is cleaned up, and if we win in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Texas and the license generated revenue significantly increases, he will eventually step aside and bring in a CEO that is more of a visionary for this industry and can take us to the next level. Yes, I have questioned the dividends, maybe it would have been better to use the cash to buyback shares cheaper, but the dividends were paid, so I will take the cash and reduce my cost basis which reduces my risk.  Who knows, maybe that is what Pohl wants….there are no certainties that we will win in Texas. And as Fut states, maybe Pohl just wants to create balance. Probably the most reasonable explanation I have heard so far. Again, no offense intended to anyone, but when you say the SAME negative, or SAME over inflated positive things day in and day out, over and over again, you start to sound as if you have an agenda, and you lose all credibility as far as I am concerned. Texas is coming really fast, so if you don’t believe that management is performing, than there is NO WAY that this company can survive a setback in Texas! Why risk staying invested, especially if you are sitting on an average cost basis of anything less than today’s PPS? Take Futs advice and get out now with no loss or maybe even a huge premium, pay your capital gains if any and find an investment that isn’t as risky. If I felt the way you did about management I would be gone first thing Monday morning. I definitely would not stick around this board, performing DD for a stock that has no potential. I mean, come on, I like you guys…but not that much! (-:  GLTAL
