They have (via TPL) had successful dealings with some of the largest technology companies in the world. Obviously taking I/I off the shelf would be fantastic in and of itself... Additionally.. I would think it very strategic to have an MMP licensing company in China.. nice precedent.. probably p-o certain people.. companies.. vc companies..
